Adobe Abos werden nicht angezeigt

Hi, ich bezahle montatlich meine Abos (PS, LR) und konnte die bisher auch sehen und nutzen. Nun sagt Adobe, daß ich keine Lizenz habe. Meine letzte Zahlung war Mitte Dezember 2024 zum regulären Zahlungsverlauf. Auch werden mir keine Probleme/ Fehler bei der Abrechnung/ Abbuchung angezeigt.

Was ist mit meinen Abos passiert?

Hi @kglad I have been using the fully paid version of LR and PS for many years. So it's not a trial mode issue. But will see your other points, though. Thanks.

Hamilton, I am very sorry, but I don't see an active membership under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum. You will need to purchase a new plan if you want to try to continue to use the older applications. Purchase your subscription through Adobe directly to give you the greatest possibility of licensing the older apps that are installed on the computer running Mac OS 12. I have seen reports that people who purchase plans through redemption codes or other resellers cannot license older Adobe applications.

 

You might also want to consider upgrading your computer before purchasing a new membership. You won't be able to reinstall the versions of the apps that are installed on your computer, nor will you be able to use many of the new services and features available with your subscription on a computer running Mac OS 12. I know upgrades can be tough, I am in a similar position where my personal Mac won't upgrade past macOS 14, so it is time for the computer to be retired after I figure out the best upgrade path for my needs in 2025. ^JW


Hi Jeffrey, I always purchased original Adobe Software, from the website. I have an account, and for some reason, I still don't know why, my account disappeared in the beginning of January 2025.  I have been paying monthly via credit card - Adobe doesn't show any problems with the payment either - but the last invoice I can see in my client's area is from December 13th 2024. 

I never stopped the the membership and have never done an upgrade. From one day to another, LR and PS stopped, without any warning!

I know the computer is old, but I wouldn't have this conversation if buying a new one was an option. Also that is no answer to my questions.

Why did these softwares disappear from my account, why did Adobe stop charging my credit card, starting this year and why does the Creative Cloud Client act as if I am a new client, altough logged in, and keepst telling me to download a trial or buy a membership, for more than twice the price I used to pay for the past years.

Something went terribly wrong here.
