install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

sorry but I have already installed the CC cloud and it keeps telling me that I have to buy the adobe acrobat again. There is no choice where I can download it. I have a subscription for pdf services and adobe export pdf.

I subscribed monthly today (see screenshot of me logged into https://account.adobe.com below).
I try to use Adobe Acrobat by following prompts to Set-Up.
Adobe opens, and I can't do anything because I need to "Subscribe" (see screenshot below).
Right now, it seems like Adobe Acrobat as an application on my computer is never going to accept that I have a renewed subscription.
Should I remove Adobe entirely and try to redownload?

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html
if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html
if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html
if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english
if that fails, change the install location
