Adobe Application Manager and all applications "hang"

For the last week I have been unable to open most of my Adoe applications tha tI have as aa member of Creative Cloud - I am able to open Lightroom, and, after recurrent failures, Premiere Pro did launch and I could work on it, but subsequently I have been unable to do so again.  I have tried contacting support, but after 45 minutes of waiting my phone battery died (on two occasions).

I am using wiindows 7

I have tried to:

Uninstall AAM and reinstall - no help:  When I launch this program it either does not launch at all or starts bu then hangs.  When it does tno lauch the AAM process is visible in the task maanger pane in Windows.

I tired to uninstall Photoshop, but this was a problem as the Adobe uninstaller 'froze' as the AAM does.

I tired to use Adobe Download assistant as described somewhere on teh forum - no advance.  I ran Adobe support advisor and received this notification number -

40-44589-041827012013 - but have been unable to notify to anyone!  (Tried 'chat tech support" - told me to phone voice support)

Today I launched Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner and removed the AAM as per instructions.  When I then went to reinstall Photoshop, the AAM launched but blue dots started to go aroundand then stopped as occurred previously.

I hope that someone can offer advice - please help!

Stephen

Have you actually trahsed all the application prefs? Made your system's security tools behave? Checked the specific causes for the failures in your System Event Viewer? Removed any other software/ Windows updates? If all apps fail, something has changed on your system and it's most likely not the Adobe software...
