Hi all,
I've just downloaded the application manager and it's running great. However, over half of the programs/apps read "Up to date" in a greyed out text and are uninstallable. The programs which do read "Install" in a blue, clickable text do download and run properly after download. See picture for refrence. Thanks in advance for any help!
Best,
Brandon

Sorry for the delay HaynesBM. Our forums are very busy today with the recent Creative Cloud announcement.
Can you please verify that you don't have any available installers still listed in the Application/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder?
Also for reinstalling the Adobe Application Manager it will be downloaded and request to be installed when you click on the download button for the applications listed at https://creative.adobe.com/. Alterantely you can download the Mac OS version of the Adobe

Brandon the programs listed as Up to date are likely already installed on your computer. I believe you are using Mac OS, if not please respond back with which operating system you are using, if so please go to your Applications folder to open the programs. If you wish to uninstall your Adobe Creative software you will be able to access the uninstallers in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers/.

Thank you for responding Jeff.
I don't have those programs on my computer. I once tried to install the entire Creative Suite with my OS not being current enough and thus decided to delete any and all traces/installers etc of them. As you know, InDesign was part of said Creative Suite, and InDesign is one of the programs the Application Manager currently allows me to download. It seems my problem may be a complicated one. Ugh.
Also, my Adobe Uninstaller Utility shows only the option to unistall the InDesign which I was able to install via the cloud.

Then you can try reinstalling the Adobe Application Manager from https://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774.
If you continue to see the applications listed as Up to date then please do the following:
This should allow you to reinstall the affected applications.

Why am I not seeing any updates in my Creative Cloud. I am not seeing any CC at end of these apps on my Mac. I am operating the latest version of Mac OSX 10.8.3.
I get this impression that I kept running into other disater, unorganized and unprofessional seamless to switch from previous Creative Cloud to what it is known as CC. yet, I am paying $$$ every month and am currently on the contract with Adobe to keep my words/promise to use and continue using Creative Cloud subscription.
It is a really deal-breaker BIG TIME! When the contract done in December of this year, I will NOT consider to renew the contract.
It has NOT been very helpful remedy. I am not able to fix the problem that I am seeing. Now THIS. Holy crap, if you care.
Good bye, Adobe!

Hi Caramel,
Application manager will update your software when updates are available. The latest Creative Cloud updates, which were announced yesterday, will be available in June. See http://adobe.ly/11AnFpj for more details.
If you could explain any issues that you're facing, we can try and help you get up and running.

Hi Jeff, still encountering problems here.
So, I read all of your message and proceeded to try the Application Manager Patch from your link which did not work. I contunued then to read and run all of the necessary unistallers and cleaners. In attempts to check for any errors as the cleaner instructs me to do, I was unable to find the .log document. See attached picture in which i search my computer for both ".log" and "users/" to find anything relating to an installer database removal application .log file

After being unable to check wheather the clearner worked or not, I contined on to the creative cloud to attempt to download the application manager over again. Now, I'm encountering the insurmountable challange of finding a way to download the application manager. I've watched the video on how to do it which states "There are two ways to download the application manager..." one is to find the button in the black strip above all of the thumbnails of programs with download links. As youll see in my screenshot that black bar never displays said button, but instead, a rotation of reccommended programs to download. The second way, I'm told via the video, is to click on one of the blue download links below a program's thumbnail. Now, refer to the picture again that illustrates my pointer clicking on the download link for Illustrator with the resulting window showing to the left which tells me Safari cannot open the link.

Here is an image of what Adobe related facets are still on my computer. Utilities in the finder window, creative suite cleaner on the desktop, and adobe related drivers?/programs in my downloads...
Thanks in advance Jeff,
Brandon

No worries on the delay Jeff. Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers has no further installers listed (though it shows an arrow next to it, clicking yields no subsequent contents.)
As for reinstalling the Application manager, like I said in one of my messages clicking the download button for the applications listed at https://creative.adobe.com/ simply sends me to blank Safari page informing me that the page cannot be opened (see picture in message #7.)
I'll try the other link. Wish me luck.
Also, I do have Applications/Utilities/Adobe Utilities - CS6/ExtendScript Toolkit CS6 as shown below...

I have a similar issue. AAM doesn't seem to recognize apps that ARE installed, namely Edge and the Touch plug-ins.
Both ARE installed, but both show up as ready to install in the list. I even ran the install again from within AAM and it didn't make any difference. And I just used Edge, so it IS installed.
