Hello, I've been trying to find the solution to this problem for weeks and no one can seem to help me. When I try to open Photoshop or any of my adobe apps, I receive the following error:
Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged.
Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager.
But when I paste the link anywhere, it just takes me to a blank page.
I've looked for the AAM patch on the adobe help website, and found a link for mac: http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774
but again, just a blank page.
I tried using the creative cloud cleaner tool as someone suggested, but the AAM isn't even available to select to clean.
Someone provided this link: https://supportdownloads.adobe.com/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=447&fileID=4437
but there was a privacy error.
I even used the chat feature on the adobe website and spoke to someone, all they told me was to update the app, and I couldn't get them to understand my issue. it ended up being a huge waste of time.
Can someone here please help me? Why would these links be broken?
do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

I have updated my computer, uninstalled everything and reinstalled the CC app, but now it's not letting me reinstall Photoshop. Is there a way I can install an older version?

* most (but not all) adobe download links are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html
follow the directions (esp, step 1)
save the install file. it may not remain online.
thank jim @ prodesigntools.com

** this support is currently not available. ie, there's a significant gap (between 2019 and last year) in the available previous versions.
opposition to this decision (to limit available previous versions) has been conveyed to adobe officials who are therefore aware of the problems caused by this policy. however, unless/until changes are made, nothing can be done to legally access these files.
