Hello,
When I try to open Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, I get this message:
Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged.
Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from
http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_en_ae.
and when I try to download, I get a message that the application is already downloaded, however I click on the icon of Adobe creative cloud, it does not open.
I tried restarting my MacBook but with no use. I am using macOD high sierra v10.13.4.
Anyone can help?
Thanks,
H
install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

I reinstalled CC from the link above, updated one off the programs to try, and still getting this message. I can only use the programs online, which is not ideal. I'm running OS 11.7.10

Hi there,
Are you getting the AAM missing error? Or is it the Creative cloud missing or damaged error? If yes, could you please uninstall Creative Cloud completely from your machine and downlad it again? Please use this link for download: https://adobe.ly/3BjlymZ.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Same problem except I have re-installed the AAM and the message persists (this time while trying to open Lightroom). I recently migrated to a new computer and it brought my apps over with me. Is this the nature of the problem? I am on mobile data on a slow connection, so I am not prepared to download all my apps again just to get this working. There must be another workaround?
