Adobe CC 2015 Mac problems opening programs with Mojave

I purchased Adobe CC 2015 for Mac from a seller that had a "Trade Show" version with a direct install before it was cloud based only. The only difference between this and the online monthly version is these do not include future updates.

I was given a 13 character license code (perpetual license) with mixed letters and numbers and an installer package to install the programs.

I ran the installer package and everything downloaded fine.

I was able to use all the programs for 2 years before I upgraded to Mojave. At first I could still access my Adobe CC programs but then I started getting a pop up window with Adobe Application manager asking for a 24 character numbers only serial number which I do not have.

So Adobe CC 2015 for Mac will work with Mojave but now I cannot access my programs because I cannot use the code I have to open.

There must be some kind of workaround for this. The installer package was created with a license code but there is no where I can enter this 13 character code to get access to the programs on my computer.

Please if anyone else has this problem and has found a solution let me know.

Thanks!

Gaylej80292368, I am sorry, but the 2015 version of our applications always required a membership.  If you spent any money on these offline CC2015 apps, then I would recommend you contact the seller for a refund.  I would also suggest that you check the computer for any malware or viruses that may have been included with the cracked license version of the Adobe CC applications that you were previously using.

If you would like to obtain access to a licensed copy of the Creative Cloud applications,
