adobe cc app language

Dear all,

If we install adobe cc 2019 ap for english ,such as illustrator, photoshop...etc , how can we change it to Traditional Chinese? Thanks a lot.

You install the CC app for the language of your OS. There is no choice. If your OS language is Italian, the CC app will instal in Italian.

Afterwards, by setting the app language before installing the app like Illustrator, you may choose the app language in the preferences (the three vertical dots):

You then install the application and that application will be in the chosen language. You can't change the language "on the fly". You always need to pass via instal.
