Adobe CC Download firewall problem

We are using in our Campus Fortinet as a firewall and we have problem downloading the Apps. The error say "Installation Failed: The download appears corrupted, Please try again after few minutes. (-60)", We open or By-pass the following servers URL's:

    • ccmdl.adobe.com:80
    • swupmf.adobe.com:80
    • swupdl.adobe.com:80

But have the same error.  Please help.
