I am currently using Adobe CC subscription on my Windows PC. Now I want to switch to a Mac oS so can I use the same subscription or I need to buy a new one.

No you can install it on both Windows and MAC, no need for a separate subscription

Your subscription is linked to your Adobe ID, not your operating system. So it doesn't matter if you're running Windows or Mac. I have my Cloud subscription activated on a Windows laptop and an iMac. Both work OK.
