Adobe CC says I need to update my system to install illustrator but I am running the required system

Im trying to install Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with the Adobe CC Desktop App. But It says Not compatible and when I click the prompt it says I need to update my system to Windows 7 (64-bit) Service Pack 1, Windows 10 (64-bit) or later.

I am currently running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit with Service Pack 1. I was able to run Illustrator before but now I cant even install it.

Is there something I'm missing?
