Adobe CC Won't Open

Newly Installed Creative Cloud and Lightroom will not open. They display an error message.

Windows 10.

Can you help me please?

Try installing/reinstalling this from Microsoft

    I used Adobe cleaner then installed the Microsoft Visual cc 2017. It worked
    then.
