Adobe chat not working

I have been trying to connect with the adobe chat to get some help with a problem that i have with one of the program and every time I try contacting with adobe chat my only option is forums.

    hi, I did ask in the forums but i think it was a bug in the program,

    Are you talking about this post from October 11? Missing files in Illustrator

    I don’t see where anyone said it was a bug.

    Or do you mean the two that you cross-posted to Illustrator and Photoshop about how to recreate artwork?

    Or some other post? Typically if people tell you it’s a known bug here in the forums, then they are speaking from direct knowledge, but without more info about your issue it’s hard to say more about your specific situation. So please ask again if you were not helped the first time. I just can’t find a recent post where that applies or I would address it directly.
