Adobe Cloud (PS keeps asking me to logout of the same computer I'm on)

Hi

I'm using Adobe Cloud. Several times now Adobe keeps asking me to sign out of different computers, but it's asking me to sign out of the computer I'm on. There's only one user account on this computer, so I'm not sure what's going on.

many hardware changes will cause the same computer to be recognized as a different computer.  regardless, just sign out from the two with green check marks so you can sign in to your current computer.

Hello, I'm not sure if you've resolved this issue, but I can confirm the answers you've recieved are just work arounds. Deactivating unused devices works until it does it again (for me the very next day). In fact, I recently got a new account for work, which the only person with access to it is myself. Yet, I recieve the "deactivate another device" screen before signing in every time. It may seem like a huge issue, but having to sign in and deactivate another device every day should not be part of an experience that you pay premium for.

Bewitched, please make sure to reach out to your organization's Creative Cloud plan administrator if you are encountering sign-in problems. Please see https://adobe.ly/4hnzZXg for information on how to sign in under the account paid for and managed by your organization. ^JW
