I'm using Adobe Cloud. Several times now Adobe keeps asking me to sign out of different computers, but it's asking me to sign out of the computer I'm on. There's only one user account on this computer, so I'm not sure what's going on.
many hardware changes will cause the same computer to be recognized as a different computer. regardless, just sign out from the two with green check marks so you can sign in to your current computer.
Well that is a work around but the issue needs to be fixed by Adobe. I have the same problems and have done 0 hardware changes to the computer.
Go to your online account below and deactivate all unused devices.
it's not a work-around. it should fix your problem.
The problem has stopped for me.
