Adobe Creative Cloud App unregisters after a while

Hello everyone, I am observing an issue with the Creative Cloud App already over years:

Once in a while - without any clear rule - the Creative cloud App has unregistered after starting up my system.

As a result I cannot use any of my purchased software like Photoshop, Ilustrator,...

Before I can use the software, I need to be connected to Internet and log in to my accout again.

How can I avoid that this unregister happens all the time? (like: it never happens witht the Microsoft Office accounts)?

When I am somewhere where there is NO internet (e.g. when visiting a customer for trainings, when on a photo trip in the wilderness,...) I have NO chance to use the software that i am PAYING a while lot...

Anyone has an idea to solve this?

(I have this issue with several accounts; partners of mine know this issue; happens with Win + Mac)

Greetings,

Alex

Here a bit more precision, I guess the correct to use here is "signed in / signed out".

What happens is, that sometimes after startup of my computer I am signed OUT from the Cloud App and the cloud asks me to sign in again. Without singiong in I have no chance to use the products. The sign in needs internet connection. The random sign out deifnitely happens before the 30 days grace time (can be after 1 day or 2 or 10 days after last time being conected to internet).

Anyone with the same experience?

(sorry if I have benn unsing the wroing term before)

Cheers

Alex

Thanks for this hint ...

Does it mean:

When I start up my computer and the Cloud has unregistered/logged out, I can - even WITHOUT internet - try to log in with the Creative Cloud using my login credentials? And then the box shown in the link you rovided appears saying it cannot connect to the server and then I can use the products for the grace period?

(Or asking the other way aoround: When exactly does the box "We're sorry - we cannot connect..." appear?)

My problem is, that my machines are always online (so the grace period shall start atr the moment I go offline). But sometimes just being offline for a day, or two, or 10 days, I am logged out ... that is strange when knowing the bgrace period should be at least 30 days?!

Would be glad if you could let me know if you are familiar with the issue I have.

At least: When simulating my issue by logging out/unregistering from the Creative Cloud App and after going offline, I have no chance to get the products working, no chance to log in, no chance to get to the box mentioned in your link.

Any idea otherwise?

Cheers

Alex

Unfortunately this does not help.

My Products (I am using even two different licences at two different companies, plus partners using other independant licences report this problem) are all definitely purchased verisons, and have been logged out/logged in and the versions do not show that they are trials. I can successfiully update/upgrade all software, so there is no signe here that the cloud might hink I am using a trial. It is NOT showing "your trial period has ended" ... it is just being logged in sometimes when starting up the computer and it needs to enter username/password and it needs internet. That's the problem.

Any other hint?

Thans & cheers

Alex
