Hi,

I'm trying to update my Adobe Creative cloud client to the current version

At exactly 50% the installation stops and the message "Creative cloud could not be updated, error code 50" appears.

What can I do?

Error code 50  is an update installation failure.

May I know whether you are using Windows computer or Mac?

I am having this same issue, but have no Adobe products other than Reader currently loaded on my machine; nor have any ever been loaded on it.

What is the Task manager, I don't see that on my computer?

How do I fix this?

Running Windows 7, SP1

Press Ctrl , Shift and Esc buttons all together at a time , it will open Task Manager .

Restart the computer once and try again .

If you are unable to delete any folders even after ending Adobe processes, simply rename them,

Example :

Adobe Creative Cloud to Adobe Creative Cloud-old

OOBE- OOBE-old....etc
