Change Install Location for Applications

With the CC application opened, choose the little gear icon in the upper right corner and then choose Preferences.  In the Preferences screen select Creative Cloud and then look for the Install Location drop down.

but unless you're saving files produced by your various programs on your c drive, you have plenty of space to install on your c drive.  and you should install all executables on your c drive (except for portable apps).

all your production files should be saved on your d drive.
