adobe creative cloud desktop download problem

whenever i try to download the adobe creative cloud desktop trial version, half way through the download it stops to say that the creative cloud im downloading isnt genuine..please help..i really need this sorted out for school work ASAP.. and it always does this when the download is around 33%

we've encountered the follwoing issues; adobe genuine software validation failure. the product you are trying to install is not an adobe genuine software and appears to be counterfeit.(error code: 205) it says exactly that again
