Adobe Creative Cloud Download Error

So I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud and this error message came up. I am using Windows 10 on an Acer laptop. I have tried clicking "Download Creative Cloud" but I already have it downloaded. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud and deleting AAMUpdater, as suggested on the forums. I have looked up on YouTube and literally everything. If someone could help me out with this that would be great
