adobe creative cloud (error 207)

hey im using mac and i have a problem with the creative cloud. i installed it earlier and then i uninstall it cause i couldnt download the photoshop. but when i try to re-install the creative cloud, it wont let me anymore. it says error 207

Follow below steps carefully :

Step 1)

Click on the below link and open Photoshop Elements download page.

Download Photoshop Elements free trial | Adobe Photoshop Elements

Then among the 2 drop down option select anyone randomly for both.

Then click on Download button.

It will ask to save file or cancel   //  or it will start download process.  " Cancel it Immediately. "


( We are not downloading Photoshop Elements.)


Then click on below link to download Creative Cloud direct Installer file :


http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/osx10/ACCCx3_3_0_151.dmg

Note :

If we do not follow above method , you will get error message as Access Denied.

still the same. i shouldnt have uninstalled it in the first place cause it was running fine in the first place, only that i couldnt download the photoshop. now i cant even download the creative cloud. is it because there are still files that werent deleted? it keeps saying error 207. i even tried installing it by using ethernet.

Follow below steps :


Disable Firewall if it ON

Step1)

1) Click on Apple menu icon and select System Preferences, and then click Network.
2)Choose the network that is currently connected to internet that can be Ethernet or Airport(Wireless).
3)Then click on Advanced button and click Proxies Tab.
4)Under 'Select a Proxy server to Configure' Uncheck all the proxy check boxes, then uncheck 'Use Passive FTP Mode (PASV)'.
5)Then click on Apply Now button.

Step 2)

Click on the Finder and look for the options listed next to Apple Icon located at the top left corner of the Desktop screen and click on "Go" menu button and select "Utilities" option.

(Applications>Utiliites)

If present Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder under Utilities window and trash both folders.

Step 3)

If Present , Trash Adobe Creative Cloud folder from Applications as well.

Step 4)

Click on the below link and download & run Adobe Cleaner tool :

Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up Selected" .

Step 5)

Click on the below link and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same :

Once the installation process is completed, installation box will disappear, then open Application folder and locate Adobe Application manager launch icon , double click on it and update .

Once the update is completed. It shud launch Adobe Creative Cloud app.
