Cannot access Creative Cloud due to an error

"Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'.

But when I do reinstall it, the same error pops up making it this loop.

Methods i've tried:

Uninstalling using creative cloud uninstaller and Reinstalling

Using Creative Cloud Cleaner tool

Removing OOBE folder

I am using Windows 7.Help please

you should have already done the first 4 solutions here.  go to the 5th:

Alright I've tried everything and still no luck getting out of this loop.

If it helps I remember exactly how I got myself into the loop.

I just activated my code for Creative Cloud and installed After Effects. I wasn't aware that I was downloading the trial. Once I found out I had the trial mode, I searched up an a solution on why I was getting this bug, got a solution, but this started happening once I did the solution (Note: I did not uninstall trial mode for AE CC yet) My creative cloud kept displaying the error I still have today.

Whenever I try any of the solutions. Creative Cloud does come up but does the never ending spinning, Unlike the ones I see on Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel  my one doesn't display home/apps/assets..etc nor does it display any words accompanying the circle. If I restart the PC it'll just revert back to the missing and damaged error I have today.

if you're using a serialize package to install (instead of using the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud )

Error: "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem."

otherwise:

uninstall everything cc, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

search your program files and program files (x86) for aamupdater and oobe and rename those.  (there should be two locations for each.)

then install creative cloud

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using compatibility mode (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb456979.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
