I am experiencing the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App logging off and asking to log back in after 5 minutes.
Now this is different than previous KB Articles and fixes that have not worked at all.
The twist here is the laptop that Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App has the issue when it is connected to our network (wired or wireless). When outside at home (or Starbucks, Library or other Wifi APs) Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App does not log off after 5 minutes and ask to log back in.
Checked the firewall settings (Sophos SG115w) and there are not IPS or other services or rules that would block communication to Adobe from what I was able to find.
Any guidance?
