Adobe Creative Cloud Logs me out every time I use it

I log into adobe CC and it works for the day, when I turn my computer off and come back it signs me out. This is extremely annoying but fine. But then I get a prompt saying I have multiple active sessions this makes no sense because the 2 active sessions are linked to my desktop that im trying to login too. I then have to sign out of these 2 ghost sessions but then adobe locks me out of signing in. This is really upsetting I am using this for school and work and need to access these programs I pay money for. I have tried all the solutions ive found online and none of them work. Please help fix my account.
