After I changed my user name and password Creative cloud started to bring that message:

Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp.

I have tried all 4 solutions from here:

Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve this problem, is missing or damaged

Solution 1: Repair Creative Cloud desktop app

Solution 2: Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app, and then reinstall it

Solution 3: Run the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool

Solution 4: Reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using an administrator account

No success!

I uninstalled all apps - photoshop, lightroom, bridge and now I can't reinstall them.

Any suggestions?

I still had Adobe C6 on my computer, so I uninstalled all of the apps and that cleared up this problem for me on my iMac. Hope this helps someone else!

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. (if you have a win os, right click the exe > click 'run as administrator'.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
