I have purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan in this April . I bought a DataColor Spyder5 Elite today and datacolor send me a Redemption Code for a complimentary 90-day(Somebody says it's actually 1 year) trial version of the Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan. i hope that it could prolong my current plan for 90 days (or 1 year) . but nothing changed .......

Correct answer Ned Murphy

Trials are for people who do not have a subscription but would like to try it and see if it works for them.  The trial offer you acquired is not intended to have the option of extending one's existing subscription.

OK.

just now i share that redemption code to one of my friends (who has not buy a plan yet). but the system shows that the redemption code was used already. can you help to reset that code state so my friend can have a try of this photograply plan?

Redemption codes can not be reset and can only be used once.

Your friend can download the 7 day free trial without a redemption code.
