Howdy,

Since Friday, 2/7/20 we've had a few dozen Windows 7 users with Adobe Creative Cloud being unable to restart their machines.

What we have found is that disabling the following services:

Adobe Acrobat Service

Adobe Genuine Monitor Service

Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service

Will allows for the computer to restart as a workaround.

We have found other postings of the same issues:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-7-problem-not-shutdown/4664c0c9-e93d-4...

https://borncity.com/win/2020/02/08/windows7-prevents-shutdown-restart-feb-2020/

https://www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin/comments/f0120d/dont_have_permission_to_shutdown/fgvlmfc/

I have not seen any official statement from Adobe in regards to this. Is Adobe aware of these issues and if so what is being done to resolve them?

Thank-Y'all
