Question

Last week I switched to PC.

I used the (photography) programs usually earlier on my old PC.

Now, after I downloaded the first program (Adobe Photoshop lightroom) the program Creative Cloud already presented problems. I can not download and run Creative Cloud correctly! In the message right after the installation process says: '' Adobe Creative Cloud required to resolve the issue was either not found or is corrupted. You can try to repair it to correct the problem. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy (...) " Even trying to repair the error several times or downloading the file again does not solve the problem!

After downloading the file (Creative Cloud) and searching for the location of the folder, the following message appears: '' E: \ Program Files (x86) \ adobe \ adobe creative cloud \ ACC is not available. If the location is on this computer, make sure the device or drive is connected, or the disc is inserted, and try again.

If it still can not be located, it may have been moved or deleted.

I've downloaded the file several times.

I have already deleted all adobe programs.

I have already deleted all folders.

I've restarted and tried the repair several times.

I already followed several tutorials from forums and Youtube.

I do not know what to do! I urgently need the programs for work. (Windows 10, 64 Bit)
