Adobe Creative Cloud setup ui looks unloaded

Hi! I Hope all of you is fine.

2 hours ago, i downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud setup. But i notice that when i run the setup, the ui is kinda weird. It's looks unloaded html, i think its not suppose to look like that, i think the ui suppose to look cooler.

Koreon, it looks like important UI elements are being blocked.  I see that you already have an open support case for errors you are encountering on the computer.  Please use the process in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html to update support case ADB-23676873-C6Z1 with these screenshots.  The support case is currently open and pending your response, Koreon.
