Adobe Creative Cloud Stops Installation at 55%

Explorer ,
Feb 03, 2018 Feb 03, 2018

An automatic update of creative cloud aborted and would not run.

The repair option also hung.

Downloaded the creative cloud setup from the adobe site.

Tried to run the setup program and it stops at 41%

Looked up on the web for solutions and followed the directions and I was then able to get to 55%.

In running the adobe crative cloud cleaner tool I only selected to delete the creative cloud program, not the entire suite.

Re-booted the computer and again ran the CreativeCloudSetUp program, only to hang up again at 55%.

Do you really need to remove every Adobe Program in order to get creative cloud to re-install?

WOW - I have a large number of images in Lightroom, and several filters and actions installed in photoshop.

I really don't want to lose them.

Any ideas?

Thanks for you help.

Dave

I'm happy to share anything that you would need to help me resolve this issue!

Did you send the information via an e-mail to my address or use some other method.

Thanks

I have after a while figured some things out, read your message at the @ (sorry have not use too much support from Adobe, this is the first major problem).

Created the log files and uploaded them to dropbox (new to that also).

Added the three e-mail addresses to the share of the files.

You should have access.

Thanks

Dave
