Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription Cancelled Without My Warning?

On Wednesday, November 14th, I purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud Photography 20 GB Plan for the first time. I did a month-to-month subscription plan, and according to my Bank statement, I've been charged the $10 for my first month. I've been using it for a few days no problem, but this morning I got an email that my payment is past due and that my membership has been expired and not renewed. This doesn't make sense to me - I paid for it just a few days ago and have been using it just fine until this morning. When I log onto my Adobe account, it tells me I need to input my payment information for my plan again. I'm afraid that if I do this, it will try to charge me yet again for this month of my plan and I can't afford that. Also, on my bank statement, it says that my payment for this plan is still processing, and I don't know entirely if that is affecting any of this (also don't know why it's still processing - it's been four business days since I purchased the plan).

I know this is a lot, but believe me, I'm confused too. Anyone have any advice/anything I can do to fix this?

You need to Contact Customer Care for problems with your subscription processing. It is not normal that the subscription  ends on its own as it is automatically reconducted at the end of its term (which you did not reach btw).
