Adobe Creative Cloud

When you download and run Adobe Creative Cloud, it doesn't run, it just loads.

Which operating system do you use?

Which version of the Adobe CC apps do you use?

Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "newest", "recent", "latest" or so.
