Hello,
I installed this product on my old laptop years ago. It worked perfectly. I just bought a new laptop and wanted this suite on it. I have 2 discs in mint condition with serial #. After the first disc was installed, I was asked to insert the 2nd disc. I inserted the 2nd disc, but it failed to recognize it and I could not install the whole product in my new laptop. Please help!!!
I'd like someone to call me and help me figure it out what went wrong. Thank you so much and hope to hear from you very soon.
Chantal

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
-use driver 368.69 or later to fix the nVidia problem with R3D files

CS4 is so old that it is no longer supported
An idea that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10... works for some, not for others
-http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/15523-compatibility-mode-settings-apps-change-windows-10-a.html
-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)

Thank you so much. I re-installed the product using the above link. All of them worked except for the Flash. I can live with it. I use Photoshop the most, however when I open PS, i got a message that said "PS is now using graphic card acceleration, I need to get the latest drivers from video card manufacturer website." I am not sure if it would cause any problems for me down the road. Any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
