adobe creative suite 4 web premium

New Here ,
Apr 25, 2015 Apr 25, 2015

I have downloaded 2 files for the product I have in order to use it without having to utilize any cd drive hardware because my new computer does not have one.

I downloaded the files 3 times but cannot open them  and am thinking it is because, when I sign in and type the serial number, I get a message saying that the product has already been registered.

I probably registered it under my old e-mail address and that is why I do not see any products listed on my Adobe page.

Now how to I open the files I have downloaded is my question?

They are both 7z files

File 1 of 2 (4.1GB) is a .7z

File 2 of 2 (1.2MB) should be a .exe. That's the one you double click to start the installation.

Sounds like you have not downloaded the right files.

From Download CS4 products you download one .7z file and 1 .exe file then double click on the .exe file.

Hello John and thanks for responding.

None of the 2 files are .exe, they are both 7z's

Yes, understood but I'm not sure which two files you've downloaded. You cannot install the software with two .7z files.

The link I provided above gives 2 links: one .exe and one .7z

John

I do appreciate your help but I am pretty sure I have downloaded the correct files.

For Windows, I downloaded file 1 of 2 (4.1 gb) and file 2 of 2 (1.2 mg)

neither are .exe

This is so frustrating

I had Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium  on my older computer.

Then I signed up for the Cloud Suite of products, but kept it up only for a year. (I never used it).

But now I want to go back and use my Suite4 utilities.

I have serial #s and activation codes.

DO you happen to have the download files.  It seams Adobe doesn't provide them anymore and the download instructions link on my original purchase email does not work.

Does anyone know how I can get it back ?

Thanks
