Hi, I bought this product ages ago when I had a Windows 7.  I now have a Windows 10.  I have my licence details. So how do I download this on Windows 10 if my CDs are only for Vista and Win 7?  Windows 10 has made everything I have bought in the last 15 years obsolete.  I am not paying any more out for programs which would work in Windows enabled them.  I might as well bought an Apple laptop I think!!

You install the same way you did the 1st time... put your disc in the drive and enter your serial number when asked, or download the installer and enter your serial number when asked

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10

-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window

-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... this says Encore, but is sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account) so follow the instructions, substituting the name and location of your specific program for Encore

We have moved (with surprisingly little complaint) where software even 3 years old may be obsolete and new complete new purchases for a system upgrade. Apple have always changed their systems without worrying about this, but Microsoft used to be very good. Not any more.
