Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard will only run as a trial on my MAC. Says the serial number is valid but that a qualifying product can not be found on my computer.

    The serial number you are trying should be the Upgrade serial number.

    You probably bought CS6 as an upgrade of an older version of the software (for example CS3). The first serial number you entered (which was valid) is one that allows you to upgrade your CS3 to CS6. So if you can locate the serial number from your CS3 purchase, then enter it on the second screen and select  Design Premium CS3 from the drop down menu.

    your license is for an upgrade version.

    when starting your installation your prompted for your cs6 serial number.  when the installer fails to find a qualifying product (ie, previous version) installed, you will be presented with a dropdown of possible qualifying products.  select the one you own.  you will then be asked to enter the qualifying products serial number.

    enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will proceed.

    I have a similar issue download CS6 Design Standard which does NOT show up on the pull down list. My serial number is valid, the CS 6 Design

    Standard is not listed.

    Yes, I recommend the chat - I had to wait an hour and a half for a rep to become available, but they did a quick key commend and entered a code that fixed the problem.
