I had boght 2 CDs to install Adobe Creative Suite 6 Production Premium to edit movies and photos. They were installed and worked well on my WIN 7 desktop. I have now upgraded to a WIN 10 desktop but the CDs are not installing the Adobe Suite (which includes Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop etc.) onto this computer. Please help me to install it so that I can get back to my business of editing. If CS6 is not supported on WIN 10 I need Adobe to please help me install this Suite to this computer or send me an upgrade or new CDs. Thank you.

If it doesn't work, you have chosen not to upgrade for many years, and now need to subscribe to the latest product. You left it far too late for any kind of discount. $50/month all apps now.

Before you subscribe, you really need to go to the Microsoft link I provided to find out what to do to get the disc to run in your drive... or manually go to the disc and run the install program yourself

>CDs are not installing

If the install is not auto-starting, that is a Win10 problem... you need to go to Microsoft to find out how to have a CD start... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find out how to make a CD run

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-and/or select Run as Administrator to assign FULL Windows permissions
-also https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/create-local-administrator-account-windows.html

If the install starts and does not work, you need to post the exact error message

Thanks. Nothing happens when I even put in the CD into the CD/DVD rom and this is a newly installed CD/DVD rom.
