Adobe Creative Suite 6 std

Hallo, 

ich habe folgendes Problem. Ich habe die Creative Suite 6, diese ist unter meiner Adobe ID auch unter Produkte mit Seriennummer aufgeführt. Bei "aktivierte Geräte" ist alles leer. Durch eine Neuinstallation nach defekt kann cih das Produkt nicht aktivieren, da die zulässige Anzahl bereits überschritten wurde. Deaktivieren kann ich auch nicht mehr, da es ja der gleiche PC ist.

there's nothing you can do to salvage those licenses unless you have access to the computers where they were activated.

ich habe bei der Installation A das Produkt gerade auch deaktiviert, trotzdem kann ich bei Installation B das Produkt nicht aktivieren. Bei Installation B wurde Acrobat X deinstalliert und erneut installiert, dabei wurde die Seriennummer abgefragt und alles hat 2 Tage funktioniert. Heute nicht mehr. Acrobat funktioniert, Photoshop, Indesign etc. verlangt Aktivierung?

all cs6 requires activation to be used beyond the 30 day trial period.

das ist mir klar. Mein Problem ist jedoch dass ich das Produkt auf zwei Geräten installiert habe. Auf einem habe ich es soeben deaktiviert und ist somit nur noch eine Testversion. Auf Installation B habe ich den Acrobat deinstalliert und neu installiert (gleiche Version) Die restlichen Programme blieben installiert und aktiviert auf B. Das war auch ein paar Tage ohne Probleme, jetzt aktuell ist jedoch ich auf B nicht aktivieren kann, obwohl die Installation nicht deaktiviert wurde und obwohl ich bei A deaktiviert habe, kann ich trotzdem nicht auf B aktivieren.

"disabled" is ambiguous.

 

"deactivation" is what is needed in order to allow activation on another device.

ich habe Installation A zweifelsfrei deaktiviert. Dabei habe ich in der SOftware auf Deaktivieren geklickt. Nun ist Installation A nur Testversion, ich weiß nich twas da zweideutig sein soll?

maybe it's a translation issue.

 

in english, disabled is not the same as deactivated.

 

anyway, if you saw an excesss activation limit problem on A, and then deactivated on B, you should be able to activate on A

buy is no longer functional, but i understand those are the options you see.

 

i don't know what to make of neither activate nor deactivate being clickable.

we know there's no longer support anywhere (legal) for resetting the activation count of anything adobe.

adobe says this is not a license problem, this is a program problem > community, because the deactivate button do not really deactivate the software. The license server is fine.
is ther any way for resetting the activation?

the only two options are to

 

1. use the computers (if they exist and still run) with the activations and open an app > click help > deactivate

 

2. if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND recall the user id used when purchasing/registering, go to your account (https://account.adobe.com) and click plans and payment > activated devices > deactivate from there.

auf beiden computer ist die ansicht so wie im Anhang. "Deaktivieren" ist grau. Bei PC A war es zuerst schwarz, dann habe ich geklickt, bestätigt und es sah dann so aus.

Auf weiteren PC ist und war die Software nicht aktiv.

Hallo!

Ich habe gerade ebenfalls exakt das gleich Problem:
- CS6 auf neuem PC installiert => Problemmeldung, weil die maximale Anzahl von 2 Computern überschritten wird.
- Geschafft, CS6 auf dem alten PC zu deaktivieren.
- neuer PC schafft die Aktivierung weiterhin nicht.

Angebotene Optionen:
1. Aktivierung wiederholen. Ich habe bereits einen meiner anderen Computer deaktiviert.
2. Ich möchte eine andere Seriennummer angeben.

Funktionieren tut Option 1 allerdings nicht.

Wie mein Vorredner oben, ist meine Lizenz unter "Produkte" eingetragen.
Unter "Aktivierte Geräte" sind aber ebenfalls keine Geräte vorhanden.
(Früher waren hier meine Computer aufgeführt. Daran erinnere ich mich.)


Ich würde mich freuen, wenn jemand noch eine Lösung für dieses Problem finden und hier teilen würde.

Hello!

I am currently having exactly the same problem:

  • Installed CS6 on a new PC => Error message because the maximum number of 2 computers is exceeded.
  • Managed to deactivate CS6 on the old PC.
  • New PC still can’t activate.

Offered options:

  1. Repeat activation. I have already deactivated one of my other computers.
  2. I want to provide a different serial number.

However, option 1 does not work.

Like the previous speaker above, my license is registered under “Products”. But there are also no devices under “Activated Devices”. (I remember my computers being listed here before.)

I would be happy if someone could find a solution to this problem and share it here. Thank you!
