Adobe creative suite cs5 compatibility with OS X 10.8.5 or later

i need to use my new iPhone 6s but have to upgrade to OS X 10.8.5 on my MacBook Pro or later. Before I do I am wondering if this will have implications of me using the creative suite cs5? I have no intentions of switching the creative cloud. Please help, all I want to do is use my new iphone!!

    Thanks Ned for the link but doesn't state exactly that creative suite cs5 is compatible with the later versions of Mac os later than 10.8.5, other forums have reported problems so just wanted the heads up on what exactly is affected by doing the upgrade on the OS

    CS5 has not been updated, and will not be updated to work with any operating system that is later than the link provided by Ned

    So... update your operating system at YOUR risk of problems with CS5

    I do not understand how making telephone calls has anything to do with a computer or Adobe programs... so what do you mean?

    I am guessing that his phone requires that system or greater to do whatever neat stuff it does with a computer.
