Hello forum, I have the following problem: I own Creative Suite CS6 from Adobe on Windows 10, have now switched to Windows 8.1 because the programs work better there. (In my opinion.) When I try to enter my serial number, it says that the serial number I entered has been locked. I have switched Windows versions several times and it has always worked. Why now all of a sudden it doesn't? I would appreciate an answer.
When you can't properly deactivate a serial number (this is the ONLY support Adobe still offers for old programs) BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience
