I need help. I have serial for Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard CS5, downloaded installation files from:

Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products

but the serial does not match. What can I do?

If you havent installed any other Adobe product on your comp, try with the steps mentioned in Solution#2 in below link:

Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite

still same??

You need to check with the serial number activation status , for that you need to check with Adobe Support.
