Adobe Creative Suites

Hi Team,

Lately have been having issue with all my Creative Suites apps, they won't load Home page like they used to do previous. Anyone with the solution to what could be the problem?

I can't tell a thing from your screenshot.

Click on Help > About Premier. 

Which version and build # do you have?

Did you restart your computer yet?

If you mean Creative Suites and not Creative Cloud they are no longer supported

Have gone through all this and there is no help to that.

    The Hardware is Hardware UUID, Mac Machine
