Hi I buy a license Adobe CS5 from another user, I install the program but I can't registrate it and make update. Somebody know why? In my ID account the license is registrated correctly. Is possible to update from CS5 to CS6 for free?

    There never was nor will there ever be a free upgrade from CS5 to CS6.

    Thank you Ned, perhaps you know why I can't make the registration when i open the program and the update? I have the licence in my reserved area.
