Adobe CS6 Design doesn't work anymore

I bought Adobe CS6 design and Web premium for Windows 14 months ago. Today I started Photoshop and it says: the trial periode has been expired, buy new software. What should I do now?

I can't open photoshop. I only get a message that my trial periode is over. I could buy cs6 again or buy a Licence.

Buy licence: askes for serial number. When I use my serial number from when I bought CS6, it doesnt work.

what's the serial number error message after entering your serial number?

It says: The serial number is invalid. Try again or contact the customer service

I did that and I removed cs6 from my computer and tried to install the program again. And then it asked for the serial number and it says invalid again.

Yes, but when I click on it, I only go to a forum and not to a chat agent. I bought CS6, paid a lot of money for it and I need it to do my job. How can I contact anybody who could help me right away..

after the first few inputs at the link, you'll see a 'still need help?' link.  click it to chat with adobe support.

if you're having trouble with any link i've posted, use a different browser and/or clear your adobe.com cookies.

Hi,

Delete these folders and reinstall from the dvd :

Windows:

/Program Files/Common Files/Adobe/Adobe PCD

/Program Files/Common Files/Adobe/caps

/Program Files/Common Files/Adobe/backup

Mac OS:

[startup drive]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD

[startup drive]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
