We have box version and others licences by subscription. And we don't know what date we need to fill in this form, we can't understand where we can specify our license key.

You cannot mix CS6 box version with CC subscription on the same computer.

Thaks. But it different computers.We can't understand what data we need to fill in sign form, and if we use our admin  account data,what will happen. Previously we instal our box version, use our instal key and it works. But now we see this form

Perhaps the computer had CC or a free trial at some time. Once this is done, CC will take over CS6 licensing.

If no Cc App was on the new computer, and not Acrobat DC, I do not know the cause sorry. I hope someone else can help.

Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.
