Adobe CS6 Key Removed

Hi,

I recently graduated from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA, and within my tuition, paid for the Adobe CS6 Master Collection Software. My key has been removed, even though the membership doesn't have an expiration date. My CS6 collection is now telling me that I am on a trial version. I paid for the key, so I need to have access to the programs as I use them to make a living. Please help with getting a new key.
