Adobe DC Pro downloaded, Installed, can NOT connect

i have downloaded Adobe DC pro, but now that it has installed it will not let me sign in to do anything. I have check all the connections, check certificates, checked the host file, what else can i do to get adobe to recognize my internet connection?

    I have done everything that lists, and...........

    I get this and click to sign in, then............

    have been working on it for hours now.

    and can you connect to the secure adobe server?
