IS thsi an ordignial and real Adobe email/team or is it a SCAM?

it is a scam. (look for the message's 3 dots for the option to report the scammer to adobe*.)

your acrobat dc license is still valid. no other purchase is needed.

deactivate acrobat on your old computer and then activate on your new one.

if you nee more help ask here.

If you don't have access to the old computer, please go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

among the 3 ways, open acrobat>click help>deactivate (or sign out).

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
