What to do for deactivation after a hard disc damage?

- recommendations for the solution of the problem are called support via chat,

- after that it's deactivation on both computers as very unprofessional solution


Whether there is a possible solution to deactivate skipped both computers?

From their end of the wire, how would they know which activation is the one you need terminated? So they deactivate both, and then you can re-activate the one you still need.
