Adobe Emails and Tutorials in wrong language

Hello,

I've just begun a subscription with Adobe Creative Cloud. I'm a Brit living in Germany. My Mac is set up in English and I entered 'English UK' as my preferred language when setting up Adobe. I also inserted 'English UK' as the language for notifications.

But the Adobe emails and the tutorials (1-5) meant to be an introduction for beginners are in German. 

As I'm a complete newbie I need the information to be in English. I contacted Adobe Support to request help in changing the language. I spent over an hour 'in contact and waiting' and was passed from one agent  to another - 5 in all.

In the end, all that happened was that the last two agents simply sent me a link to a page full of English tutorials. I asked repeatedly for them to point out which of the tutorials constitute the first 5 sent to beginners by email. They did not do this. They simply said that there are plenty there for beginners. 

However, that doesn't solve my problem since I still get emails in German.

Can someone advise me how I can change the language for communications from Adobe to English ?
